Now I will ask you, why would someone want to throw away a computer they have replaced? I realize old is old, and new is new. I have a 3 piece computer network. True a network would be hard to do with different operating systems. All three of my machines are xp pretty easy to network together. So why would a person throw a computer out, network with the new one, or just hold it for extra parts, drives, cd roms and such. Anyhow I just don't see an end to a computers life... always good for something...
just a thought

just here

I have had limited experience on blogging. Most on myspace which I did find to be a nice way to stay in touch with people using the pc; however, Myspace seemed to be is more of a profile site than a blog site. I was not real impressed with that. One becomes a slave to the profile. Adding fresh ideas to the profile to show you are not a boring person. I utilized the actual blog only a few times as conversations were easier on the bulletin board of in messages. Isn't the true nature of a blog site to give you a device that will let you post thought on "paper" ? Not that I am an anti myspace person or like that but I just found myspace to be too many features to be considered a blog.
Many on the computer have no idea how to use the run command on the start menu. I is really
impressive though. You can go anywhere on the computer using this tool adjust and customize your pc using it. some know the msconfig command, run> msconfig>ok and the window comes up to change the start up configuration and such. run>regedit will take you to registry (best left alone unless you know what you are doing) You can also use the run tab as navigation tool. run c: will take you to the c drive and /folder name will take you to a specific folder. More typing than the usual mouse and cursor navigation but if you ever get tired of the same ole same ole cursor moving and clicking maybe look into the run tab. more later
